Refund Policy

At The Perfect Pumpkin Porch, we take great pride in selecting high-quality pumpkins and creating displays that are both beautiful and built to last throughout the fall season. Every effort is made to ensure your pumpkins are as fresh as possible at the time of installation.

That said, pumpkins are natural products, and their longevity can vary due to factors beyond our control—such as exposure to sunlight, heat, moisture, and other environmental conditions. While many pumpkins last for weeks, some may begin to soften or decay sooner than others. This is a normal part of their natural aging process.

To help extend the life of your display, we recommend placing pumpkins in shaded or covered areas whenever possible, and considering a later installation date if your porch receives a lot of direct sun.

We truly appreciate your understanding of the natural variability that comes with working with organic materials. As such, please note that all pumpkin sales are final.

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products and services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting these constraints. By booking or purchasing through https://www.theperfectpumpkinporch.com/ (the "Site"), you agree to this Refund Policy.
 

1. Final Sale on Pumpkins and Perishable Items

All pumpkins (including orange, white, and specialty varieties) and other perishable add-ons (e.g., mums, corn stalks) are considered final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for these items once delivered or picked up, as they are handpicked and customized for your display.
 

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking for a full refund during pre-orders.  Once the pre-order is closed, pumpkin packages are non-refundable.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via info@theperfectpumpkinporch.com or the contact form on our Site.

3. Refunds for Services

  • Delivery and Design Services: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply shortages or weather issues), we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

  • Disposal Services: Post-season disposal (including optional donations to local farms) is non-refundable once scheduled, but if you cancel disposal before the pickup date, we will refund the disposal fee minus any administrative costs.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If any non-perishable add-ons (e.g., hay bales) arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a partial refund. Pumpkins and perishables are inspected prior to delivery but are not eligible for this provision due to their natural variability.
 

5. Payment and Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. We do not refund shipping or delivery fees unless the issue is due to our error. All refunds are subject to verification.
 

6. No-Show or Client Errors

If delivery cannot be completed due to client error (e.g., incorrect address or no access), we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee, and no refund will be issued for the original attempt.
 

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy as needed. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
